Target Map

The CityLiving Loan Programs referred to as CityLender II and CityBuild II & III require the property to be located in a Target Area of the city limits of Columbia. The purpose of this map is to provide a general understanding of which areas are in the Target Area. The only way to verify that a property is located in the city limits and in the Target Area is to contact a City of Columbia Loan Officer (803.545.3373) and the Zoning Department. The Zoning Department will only be able to give information concerning the city limits, not the Target Area.

On the map, the areas within the BLUE line are inside the city limits. The areas shaded in YELLOW AND LOCATED IN THE CITY LIMITS (as identified with the Blue line) are inside the Target Area. It is the responsibility of the borrower to confirm the property location and its eligibility.
